Setting Up Projects For Success

This is a one-day training course structured into 13 modules

This intensive one-day training course teaches delegates basic project management techniques, and is intended to familiarise delegates with the most common terms and the most current thinking about projects. It will also provide the basic knowledge required to attend more advanced project management courses.

This one day workshop is targeted at people who have little or no knowledge of project management tools or techniques, but have become involved with projects. They may be new or intended Project Managers, project administrators or support staff, who need to acquire a basic understanding in the shortest possible time.

Project Management isn’t just for construction engineers and military logistics experts any more. Today, in addition to the regular duties of your job, you are often expected to take on extra assignments - and to get that additional job done well, under budget, and on time. Whether you are a full time Project Manager, or have part of your job that requires the effective completion of projects, you need Project Management skills.
