Project management qualifications for experienced professionals
PMI certifications differ from other project management qualifications in that they are typically aimed at more experienced professionals who wish to reinforce their specialist project knowledge and gain recognition of their industry experience.
Once awarded, the PMP credential remains valid for just 3 years. In order to retain the credential you must participate in the PMI’s “Continuing Certification Requirements” programme. For every hour of engagement in a qualifying activity you will typically earn one Professional Development Unit (PDU). For PMP re-certification you will need to accumulate at least 60 PDUs within the 3 year cycle.
The most popular PMI training courses include the PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) course and the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) course. There are regular dates for both these courses in our classroom course schedule as well as the option to study PMI training online. For groups of delegates we can also offer a competitive range of in house PMI training with expert, accredited trainers.
