It will encourage you to resolve workplace problems by dispensing with the traditional theory and focus on innovation and creativity to get results.

Learning Objectives

To gain the maximum benefit from the workshop, before attending you will be sent an activity to complete which asks you to consider a current problem.

This will help you set the context of the workshop and will be used on the day as part of the workshop activities

Course Content

This one day, practical and 'hands on' workshop is designed to be a catalyst for innovation and creativity!

Based on the latest thinking and best practice used in problem solving, the course ends by providing you with a reporting template designed to secure Senior Management and Stakeholder endorsement for change. You will also take away a CD containing guidance notes, and templates to use, to help you develop the key skills and techniques learned during the workshop.
