Coaching for Results 2 days

This course will improve delegates' understanding of the coaching process, develop their coaching skills and enable them to introduce coaching back in the workplace.

Coaching is key to getting the best out of people. Knowing when to coach and how to use coaching to great effect can accelerate performance improvement. Coaching is extremely cost effective and reaps great rewards for both the coach and the coachee.

  • Selecting a coaching style - the skill/will matrix.
  • The GROW model of coaching.
  • Conducting a coaching session.
  • Motivating your team.
  • Positive cycle of motivation; negative cycle of de-motivation.
  • Evaluating coaching.
