Coaching and Mentoring

This course will provide delegates with the relevant experience and knowledge in order to provide a coaching /mentoring capability to people across all levels of their organisation.

Coaching and mentoring revolves around specific, individual 1:1 development with an eye on developing longer term professional, business and technical capabilities.

Target Audience:

This course will benefit all management grades from supervisor level up to senior manager level and is particularly useful for those who wish to introduce a coaching and mentoring culture within a team or organisation.
