“The trainer was very knowledgeable and in the time available was very helpful in getting across the knowledge needed to pass the exam using good examples. The nature of the exam didn't really lend itself to being a great programme manager, but this is an Axelos issue to resolve.”

“I encountered a difficulty with an online exam. You will have carried out research before converting to a paperless exam scheme and I shall say that the impact on me was quite significant. In future I would ensure that I find a provider who still provides paper based exams as it is easier to refer to the case study and manage time. The online interface seems to lead to 'gamified' behaviours and a level of confusion that possibly leads to exam failure. In my case mild dyslexia and other issues lead to initial failure. I recognise that I'm fighting against inevitable change. However, it's worth considering a product where yo charge more for a paper based exam.”
