This is a one-day training course structured into 6 modules
Course Aims:
This intensive, hands-on one-day course has been designed to build on the foundation created in the VBA Introduction course, to increase their capability to automate and enhance their Excel spreadsheets by the use of advanced tools and concepts.
Target Audience:

This is a course which naturally follows on from the Introduction course. Delegates must either have attended the Introduction course or be fully conversant with all its subject matter.

About Microsoft VBA:

VBA stands for Visual Basic for Applications and is a programming language developed by Microsoft. Although VBA is derived from the programming language Visual Basic, it is normally used within a host application (e.g. Excel, Access, etc.) not as a standalone language.

Directions:

By Car

Ample parking is available in the large Garrard Street NCP which is just a two minute walk away, but it costs around 17.50 per day. The Cattle Market car park costs around 7.00 a day, though it is six minutes walking distance away in Great Knollys Street. Queens Road is the A329 which runs along the west of the town centre and both the NCP car park (postcode RG1 1NR) and the Cattle Market car park (postcode RG1 7HN) are less than a quarter of a mile from it.

By Train

Reading train station is a four-minute walk away and trains run direct to and from London Paddington (25 mins) and London Waterloo (65 mins). Walk south on Station Hill/Station Road for 30 yards until you come to Garrard Street. Turn right and continue for 300 yards to the end, and turn left into Greyfriars Road. We are 60 yards on the right, on the corner with Vachel Road.

By Bus

Reading town centre is served by buses from all directions. Friar Street is a major stopping point and is just a couple of minutes' walk. Alight from your bus, and proceed west along Friar Street until you see Greyfriars Road on the right. Turn right, and we are 80 yards on the left, on the corner with Vachel Road.
