I felt the room was not big enough to cope with the number of people on the course - it was very cramped! 2. There seemed to be quite a bit of "downtime" during the day which I didn't expect”

We didn't receive the pre-course material until the Friday afternoon before the couse and as we were not in the office on Friday we did not get to view this until the morning of the course, but didn't cause too much problem, it would have been nice to read before the meeting.”

“Yes - the trainer was v.knowlegable, approachable which held attendees interest and want to learn. Written assessment training excellent, a little bit more training re: multiple choice paper and that case study not available in second exam may help prep some candidates with little knowlege of the subject or who may wrongly think this would be provided. V.happy with course.”
