Course materials are great but the method of delivery (Mimeo) is dreadful! It's so locked down and I like to have a booklet with the course content and it won't let me download or print anything. The interface is also slow and clunky and is certainly not intuitive. Surely you can find a better training tool than this that doesn't look like it was designed in the 70's!

Whilst it would obviously be easier for me to have a course literally on my door step Leeds isn't an insurmountable distance to travel. The only comment I would have were that the timings should be a reflection of what actually happens on the course as we had to turn down opportunities to go see a relative in a hospice as we didn't think I would be home in time whereas, in reality I was. The instructor even said we normally finish at this time which is earlier than advertised. It would have been nice to have some bits printed off, the summaries etc as a lot of people said they learn better from that and you can read them on the train home etc.

Well I didn't pass the exam so I didn't achieve the stated objective, but that's my fault and down to nerves!
