Good course. The trainer explained things well and had good rapport. I would have preferred more workshop/activities for learning consolidation but this is just preference. Not sure it would be even feasible though due to the amount of content we went through. Thanks for helping me gain a greater understanding of ITIL and for enabling me to get my certification :)

Trainer was excellent. For someone who usually has a very short attention span, he found the correct balance between the facts required and anecdotes to keep me interested and also enable me to pass the exam .
