“I have previously provided feedback in relation to the volume of content, and overkill of power point ( 298 slides). The course should be longer to allow students to fully take in the material and understand it. I think I probably passed the exam from remembering what had been said, rather than fully understanding how it's put into practice”

“Whilst it would obviously be easier for me to have a course literally on my door step Leeds isn't an insurmountable distance to travel. The only comment I would have were that the timings should be a reflection of what actually happens on the course as we had to turn down opportunities to go see a relative in a hospice as we didn't think I would be home in time whereas, in reality I was. The instructor even said we normally finish at this time which is earlier than advertised. It would have been nice to have some bits printed off, the summaries etc as a lot of people said they learn better from that and you can read them on the train home etc.”

“Good course. The trainer explained things well and had good rapport. I would have preferred more workshop/activities for learning consolidation but this is just preference. Not sure it would be even feasible though due to the amount of content we went through. Thanks for helping me gain a greater understanding of ITIL and for enabling me to get my certification :)”
