- The rules and guidance on transferring data within and outside the UK (include the implications of Brexit)
- New requirements under the GDPR such as Privacy Impact Assessments, changes to criteria for Consent and record keeping
- An introduction to Marketing rules and guidance relating to personal data (including an introduction to PECR)
- The role of the Information Commissioner
