The trainer was outstanding. Because of her hard work and enthusiasm, I would recommend this course to anyone looking to learn something new. 10/10

Really slick, well run course. All support materials will clear, structured and of good content. The only issue was that the Ring binders fell apart for the majority of attendees. One of the best run and structured courses I have attended.

An exceptional trainer but sometimes she spoke too quickly and her accent meant that on occasion the dialogue was lost in translation. Style & Content: the format was suitable for the small audience but any more than x4 may have caused timing challenges and/or the ability to discuss and debate to the extent that we were able to (which was extremely beneficial). Some of the exercises were difficult to dissect due to double negatives and incorrect English.

excellent and highly skilled trainer. Used good examples to explain difficult concepts, and reinforced learning well though repetition. By Friday lunchtime I not only felt well equipped to take the exam, I also felt that I had learned a huge amount that will help me to be a better and more effective project manager. The pre-course modules were great too.

The trainer was fantastic and was able to offer numerous real world examples of applying theory into practice. I think it would be useful to spend maybe half a day to actually pull together an entire programme proposal approach based on a case study and in this way make the theory more practical, for example you could do this in groups or you could have each attendee responsible for a theme and they would explain how it relates to the case study what happens at each stage of the transformational flow. I thought the venue was good but its almost trying to find the right location for people catching the train or getting the car in.
