The pace of the course was rushed, there were very few opportunities for meaningful discussion and consequently I didn't feel able to get the detail I needed from the course. The trainers where really knowledgeable and had a good style and approach.

This course was done on zoom - so location and facilities are N/A. I would recommend this course to others highly and as a company we are likely to use again.

ITIL 4 Foundation delivered In-house

The course was excellent but the number of emails being sent to was confusing as you had to register with all these different sites. The portal from a QA perspective was also confusing and little context was provided on what to do. Once on the course through it was excellent in every way.

The QA website is rather confusing, there is so much there -- the homepage links are great..... however it should contain a lot more all in one place. Those Demo questions on the QA website were great.... but difficult to find, that is an example of extra stuff that should be on the homepage.

The printouts were black and white and were tiny. Shame as the rest of the course elements were great, particularly the trainers. Location and venue were also great.

While the course was excellent and I passed, it did seemed rushed. Cramming the content into 2 1/2 days with the exam in the afternoon was a challenge. If the course lasted 3 full days with the exam the next morning I can't help but wonder if my score would have improved. It's my learning style, a bit of time to absorb and reflect on content is always useful for me.
