This three day course offers a comprehensive grounding in Business Continuity. In three days, you will be guided through the BCM Lifecycle, from BIA to strategies, exercising, embedding BC in your organisation, dealing with the media and much more. This course is based on the Business Continuity Institute's Good Practice Guidelines and ISO 22301.

This course is aimed at:

Both the relative newcomer to the subject at management or operational level, and also those with some experience but in need of formal training.

Arrival Time You should aim to arrive for 9am for the course starting at 9.30am. If you have booked pre-course accommodation, you may check in after 4pm.

Timetable Courses start at 9.30am. One-day courses aim to finish on the final day no later than 5pm. Two-day courses usually finish at around 4.15pm on the final day and three-day courses usually finish no later than 3.30pm on the final day. If your transport requires precise knowledge of the finish time, please have a word with the tutor on arrival.

Dinner is served between 7pm and 9pm. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know as soon as possible.

World famous as Home of The Pudding Club®, located on the northern edge of the Cotswolds, 90 minutes from London, 10 minutes from Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon.

Getting There By Road:

Three Ways House is located in the centre of Mickleton on the B4632 Stratford upon Avon to Broadway road. If using a Sat Nav we recommend you enter High Street, Mickleton and not Chapel Lane. M40 from the North and South, Junction 15 Exit at junction 15 and take the A46/A439 to Stratford–upon–Avon. Follow signs for Broadway and Shipston–on–Stour and take the A3400 out of Stratford–upon–Avon. Almost immediately break off the A3400 by turning right onto the B4632 to Mickleton. M5 from the North, Junction 7 Exit at junction 7 and take the A44 to Evesham. Follow signs for A44 Oxford (this will involve a right turn at traffic lights, then 1st exit at the first roundabout, straight across the next roundabout then 3rd exit at the third roundabout). Stay on the A44 for about 4 miles turning left at second roundabout onto the B4632 to Mickleton. Route from M5, Junction 9 Exit at junction 9 and take the A46 to Evesham, approx 9 miles. Follow signs for A44 Oxford (this will involve taking the 2nd exit at the first roundabout, straight across the next roundabout then 3rd exit at the third roundabout). Stay on the A44 for about 4 miles, turning left at second roundabout onto the B4632 to Mickleton.

By Rail

  • Honeybourne - 3.5 miles (small station, limited stops, no facilities)
  • Moreton In Marsh - 11 miles
  • Stratford upon Avon - 8.5 miles
  • Warwick Parkway - 17 miles

We recommend a taxi to get from these stations to the hotel, which can be pre-booked. Just let us know.

By Air

The nearest airport is Birmingham International. The simplest way to get to the Hotel from BHX is via taxi, which should be pre-booked: please contact us. If you fly into London, the easiest way to then travel to the hotel is via rail: please see above.
