Make a Business Case

To implement most changes we need to gain stakeholder buy-in. This can range from getting our managers to agree an action, to gaining full commitment and large financial resources from Directors or a review board.

Most people understand that a business case is a logical way of explaining what needs to be done or changed and in doing so, gaining stakeholder agreement for that action. However, what is often overlooked is that a business case is also a communication tool that may be used to influence a very human decision.

Target Audience:

This course is suitable for anyone who needs to build and present business cases, or influence and affect stakeholder decisions.
