London - Old Street

Description:

Location:

theAgileSpace
2-6 Cropley Street
London
N1 7PR

Directions:

The location is 5 mins walk from Old Street station.

Some old maps and Google Earth show this location as the Mary Monarch pub. This has now been demolished and replaced by a new building. Our traiining centre is located in the commercial unit on the ground floor.

1. Public Transport from:

Old Street Station, Northern Line (via Bank); overground railway from Welwyn

Take the exit ‘Subway 1’ marked Hoxton and Shoreditch.Turn left when going to street level - marked ‘City Road north [East Side] and Regents Canal’. Walk up City Road (Old Street roundabout will be behind you to your left).

After three minutes turn right onto Provost Street (here Moorfields Eye Hospital is opposite on City Road and the part-built Montcalm Signature Tower is opposite on the corner of Provost Street). Go up Provost Street, past the large ‘Coffee Junction’ cafe continue and cross Nile Street, continue and cross Murray Grove.
Here Provost Street becomes Cropley Street, you will see a ‘Nisa’ supermarket on your right and our building is next door. The training office is a glass fronted building, ignore the double doors at the front, our entrance is round the corner on the right.

If you are using GPS or phone maps the best postcode to use is N1 7PT (on Google maps N1 7PR works well).

Hoxton Station

There are plenty of buses that will take you from Hoxton Overground station to close to the venue. Alternatively you can walk to the venue.

If you are planning to travel by public transport it is well worth looking at the Transport for London (http://www.tfl.gov.uk ) website to check for weekend tube and overground line closures.

2. Driving:

Parking is free at weekends in the surrounding roads, during the week you can pay - after 6.30pm its free. You cannot park in the car park behind the office at all. The roads are very quiet on Saturday and Sunday mornings so driving is very feasible. We are just north of the Congestion Zone.

A one-hour closed book examination consisting 40 multiple-choice questions. The pass mark is 26/40.
