Scrum is the most widely used agile project management methodology. It can be used to manage and control complex software, development and other projects using iterative techniques. The scrum framework is an alternative to traditional waterfall approaches to projects and aims to make teams more effective.
This 2 day Certified ScrumMaster course provides everything you need to get started. The course combines practical exercises, case studies and discussions to create an effective learning experience.
All our Certified ScrumMaster courses are delivered by accredited, expert trainers with extensive real-life scrum experience. Following successful completion of the course and Scrum Alliance Evaluation you will be a designated Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
