BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile

This two day agile foundation certificate course from the BCS introduces Agile principles and explains the use of Agile practices in projects and software development.

The course is designed to ensure the candidate has suitable knowledge of the core concepts of Agile practices, Agile values and Agile principles.  It does not solely focus on one specific methodology.

The certificate is relevant to anyone new to Agile or working within an Agile environment.

The BCS Agile Foundation exam is taken on the final afternoon.

Holders of the BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile should be able to:
- Recall the origins of Agile methods
- Understand and apply the core values and principles of Agile methods
- Know the difference between the defined process and the empirical processes used in Agile

There is a one hour multiple choice exam.

Successful candidates receive the BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile.

Exam format:

- One hour exam with 40 multiple choice questions
- Closed Book 
- Pass mark is 65% (26 out of 40)
