BCS Agile Business Analysis

This course is aimed at experienced business analysts who wish to understand how business analysis is applied within the context of the Agile philosophy, principles and techniques. Delegates will use their existing business analysis knowledge and experience to explore how this is employed within an Agile business environment.

Exams & Certification

This course prepares participants to sit the examination leading to the BCS Professional Certificate in Agile Business Analysis which is held on the final afternoon of the course.

Exam Format:
  • 90 minute ‘closed book’
  • Multiple choice questions and scenario-based questions
  • Pass mark is 65% overall and at least 50% pass mark on Section A and 50% pass mark on Section B
