Focus Training Credits provide a way for you to plan your training in an effective and flexible way. They can also save you money.

• Buy any amount of training credits over £1,000
• Spend over £5,000 and receive a 5% discount on courses paid by Training Credits
• We open an account for each Training Credit bought which can be used for up to 2 years
• You will receive a Training Credit Statement every month
• Make course bookings in the usual way through the Focus website
The Detail
• Focus Training Credits can be spent on any Focus training course
• Credits can be used for anyone in your organisation but training must be booked by the original purchaser unless we receive alternative written instruction
• The 5% discount only applies if you make a commitment of at least £5,000
• The 5% discount does apply to all advertised Focus prices, including special offers, but not to exam fees (unless an integral part of a course) and not in conjunction with other discount schemes
• Credits are available for use as soon as payment is received
• Credits are non refundable and can only be exchanged for training. They expire after 2 years
• When making a booking on the Focus web site use the “Reserve a Place” option rather than “Buy Now”
• Courses can be paid for with a combination of Training Credits and other means such as credit card or cheque
• In addition to the above points the standard Focus terms and conditions apply
