Pass Rates for Focus delegates are well in excess of average.
We are confident that providing you undertake the study requested then you are likely to pass your exam.
In the unlikely event that you do not:
1. You may re-sit all or a part of the next available course delivered by the same accredited training organisation
2. The only charges that will apply are the exam fee and delegate specific venue fees (eg for refreshments)
3. The additional training and coaching will be provided free of charge
Only one repeat course is offered and it must be taken within 6 months of the original.
Not applicable to PRINCE2 courses booked within 10 days of course date (due to the amount pre-reading required).
