More locations than any other provider
The most popular PRINCE2 course is the 5 day combined Foundation and Practitioner. Students who pass both Foundation and Practitioner exams are entitled to call themselves Registered PRINCE2 Practitioners. There is a requirement for PRINCE2 Practitioners to take the re-registration examination in order to keep their registration every 5 years. To assist with this, we can provide both 2 and 3 day refresher courses which include the re-registration exam.
We have more course locations than any other training company and can help you to find the most convenient and cost effective PRINCE2 course to suit your budget. Prince2® Training FAQ's
When you pass the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam you are awarded the qualification “Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner”.
Your status as a “Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner” will lapse 5 years from your exam date. This does not mean your original certificate is invalid – but to be recognised as a registered practitioner you need to refresh your knowledge and pass the re-registration exam.
The only prerequisite you will need is a general background knowledge and experience of project management. In that way you will be able to relate the specific terms and stages of the PRINCE2 methodology to your own personal experience
Focus is not an accredited training organisation, but wherever appropriate your training will be delivered by one of our fully accredited specialist partners.
For popular accredited courses such as PRINCE2® and ITIL® we work with over 30 high quality partners to bring you the most comprehensive schedule of courses.
Prices are competitive and you can book online with confidence.
Just ask if you wish to know which of our partners will be delivering a specific course.
Sample papers are not available for general use, but if you book onto an Open Centre Examination you will be sent the latest set of sample papers on receipt of payment. If you are taking the exam(s) through a training provider, they will provide you with sample papers directly.
You can get a flavour of the PRINCE2 exams if you try our PRINCE2 Quizzes right now. There are Foundation and Practitioner papers and they are free.
The price of the 5-day Combined Foundation & Practitioner course includes

As PRINCE2 is a very successful project management qualification, a large number of people and organisations have used and implemented PRINCE2. Since its introduction in 1989, Prince 2 has become the de facto standard for project management in both the public and private sectors.
Thousands of UK professionals have successfully used PRINCE2 to create a standard and structured approach to their project management, running projects which are well-organised, well-planned and results-driven.
It is estimated that there are more than 300,000 certified practitioners, and exams are undertaken in 57 countries.
PRINCE2 is an easily-tailored solution which can be used in any environment and divides projects into manageable stages.
It ensures the efficient control and use of resources, and regular process monitoring.
The 2009 version is significantly more flexible than it's predecessor.
• A planned, organised and controlled start, middle and end
• Regular reviews of progress against the plan and the business case
• Flexible decision points
• Automatic management control of deviations from the plan
• Stakeholder and management involvement at the right time and place
• Excellent communication channels between the project, project management and the rest of the organisation
The only book that is essential is the PRINCE2 Manual (Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2) which is supplied with your training course (usually as part of the pre-course study pack)

Yes, you can study from the PRINCE2 manual or through a distance learning course. Public exams are run in London, Milton Keynes, York and Chester.
PRINCE2 Agile is supplementary guidance for PRINCE2 Practitioners.
It explains how to blend the structure and discipline of PRINCE2 with the iterative approaches used in Agile and Scrum.
Most of Agile is a set of techniques. And there is no reason why many of those techniques cannot be used in a PRINCE2 environment. The bigger challenge is culture.
The 3 day PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Course covers both the specific techniques and the broader agile philosophy.
We have an extensive range of courses suitable for business, IT and project professionals. This includes training in the areas of Prince2, MSP, APM, ITIL, Business Analysis, Microsoft Project and Software Testing.
Our most popular courses include Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner, MSP Practitioner, ITIL Foundation and ISTQB Software Testing Foundation. Contact a member of our sales team today to discuss your requirements.
