Popular PMI Training Courses Include:

PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

• This course is aimed at anyone who has a basic or limited knowledge of Project Management principles, practices, tools and techniques
• It requires a lower level of pre-requisites than the PMP qualification

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Provides a complete and practical understanding of the PMI Body of Knowledge and the implications of applying it to projects of different types and sizes. 
• Pre-Requisites include academic qualification and experience
• We also offer a 4 day Project Management Professional training course which is common to both PMP and APMP. This is followed by the 2 day PMP Revision Workshop

PMI PMP Revision Workshop (2 days)

• Coaching and practice questions to prepare for you for PMP certification exam 

Eligibility Requirements for PMI Courses

PMI Certified Associate  in Project Management (CAPM) Eligibility Criteria

•    High school diploma or equivalent a
•    Either 1,500 hours on a project team or 23 hours project management training (i.e. CAPM training course)

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Eligibility Criteria

Option 1

•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    Plus 7,500 hours in a position of responsibility leading and directing specific tasks
•    Plus 60 months of project management experience

Option 2

•    Degree (or equivalent)
•    Plus 4,500 hours leading and directing specific tasks
•    Plus 36 months of project management experience.
