  • MSP Foundation Certificate 

     

    This MSP training course includes an overview of Programme management and the MSP approach.  There are 2, 3 and 4 day course options available.  On the final day delegates can take the MSP Foundation exam.

  • MSP Practitioner Certificate

     

    This MSP training course provides a comprehensive understanding of the MSP framework including "Principles", "Governance Themes" and "Organisational Flow".  This course is often combined with the MSP Foundation into a 5 day event.

  • MSP Advanced Practitioner Certificate

     

    This MSP Training Course identifies programme managers who understand how to apply MSP to practical business situations
