Programme Management and MSP (Managing Successful Programmes)
Programme management is a framework which focuses on delivering business benefits through delivery of new capabilities from project and the transition of business operations to adapt to these new capabilities and deliver the business benefits.
MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) is an internationally recognised best practice method, that can be tailored to suit any size or type of programme.
MSP provides a structured framework for defining and managing complex change, and an approach to managing the needs and expectations of diverse stakeholder groups, by focussing on the benefits that must be achieved.
MSP comprises a set of principles and processes that are used when managing a programme. Although founded on best practice it is not prescriptive. It is a flexible approach to managing the full programme lifecycle and can be adapted to suit the needs of individual programmes, and organisations
