- For London courses set the region to London
- You can restrict your search to special offers if you wish (but remember to re-set if you widen your search)
- Click on any of the specific courses to see the course outline and venue information
- Our advisors can be reached by online chat, email or phone
- Quote the course reference number if you contact Focus
- You can enter the course reference number in the "Keywords" field to go back to a specific course

All our courses are organised in a hierarchy:

You can "drill down" through the relevant pages and find out which course is most appropriate for you.

Booking and Paying for Courses
Once you've found the right course, date and location you can simply book online. You will have the option to "Buy Now" by credit/debit card, or to Reserve a Place with a view to making payment through your company or over the phone when you are ready to commit.

For courses within the next week it is best to contact Focus before making payment since availability may change at any time, and for ISEB courses there may be time constraints relating to exam registration.
Exams
Most people studying ISEB courses are looking for certification as well as skills development.
Wherever it is possible to take the exam as part of the course then Focus will include the exam. This includes ITIL Foundation, ITIL Intermediate, Software Testing and Business Analysis Diploma Certificates.
In some instances, the exam is taken on a later date - or has to be organised as a separate event. The course outline associated with a specific course should make this clear. Contact a Focus training advisor on 0845 450 6130 if you need any advice.
On-Site Training
Where you are looking to train a group of 6 or more it is often cheaper to organise on-site classes and exams. Focus can arrange this wherever you are based. Delivery will be by experienced and accredited trainers.
