This ITIL Foundation e-learning package is truly interactive. This course has been fully accredited by the APMG and is the most widely used distance learning package in the UK. It consists of seven topics, including a fully simulated mock exam to allow students to test themselves prior to the exam. The exam is included and can be taken at any Prometric test centre.

Most users will choose to access the interactive on-line learning modules through the Focus-ILX learning portal - though a CD option is available if required.

The Focus Best Practice E-Learning Portal offers the ultimate in convenience and additional resources.  The course will be available to you for a full 12 months.
