This distance learning package is accredited by the Association for Project Management and is an ideal first step for those wishing to build a career in Project Management. It introduces key aspects of the APM "Body of Knowledge" including planning, scheduling, estimating and risk. There is a simulated mock exam to allow students to test themselves prior to the exam. The exam itself does not form part of this package.

Most users will choose to access the interactive on-line learning modules through the Focus learning portal - though a CD option is available if required.

This course will be delivered via the Focus Best Practice E-Learning Portal - offering the ultimate in convenience and additional resources.  The course will be available to you for a full 12 months.

Target Audience:

The APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management course requires no prior knowledge or experience, and is designed for anyone looking to start a successful project management career, or wishing to understand the principles of project management. It suits:

Duration:

Approximately 12 study hours - learn at your own pace at your own time, book marking your position throughout to return later if required.

Exam:

The official exam fee is not included in this package. When you are ready to sit the exam you need to book a public exam with the APM directly. The cost of the exam is £150+VAT.
