APM Introductory Certificate

This Introductory Certificate is accredited by the Associaton for Project Management.  It is for anyone who requires a basic awareness of project management and how projects differ from normal work activities.

No prior knowledge or experience in project management is required

You will learn the key elements of the project management lifecycle, the language of project management and the structure of a successful project. You will then be able to take an active part in a project team and make a positive contribution to any project environment.

The APM Introductory Certificate qualification is based on the APM Body of Knowledge 5th edition, which is acknowledged in Europe as the standard for competencies appropriate for project managers.

This APM training course is designed for anyone looking to start a career in project management or wanting to understand the principles of project management.
