ELCAS Grant Funding for Training Courses
The Enhanced Learning Credits scheme is a valuable addition to your package if you work for the armed forces. You can register in your first year to join ELCAS. After 4 years service you can receive training support of up to 80%.

Please note that whilst Focus is an MOD approved ELCAS training provider, not all of our courses can be supported by enhanced learning credits. 1. Explore the course options on the Focus website
2. Use the reserve a place booking option (no binding commitment) or Call 0845 450 6110 or +44 (0)1733 325232
3. Complete your ELCAS claim form
4. Submit your claim form to your commanding officer and education staff for approval
5. ELCAS checks your eligibility for grant funding
6. Your claim gets approved by ELCAS and you will be sent a Claim Authorisation Note (CAN)
7. Book your chosen course with Focus and pay a 20% personal contribution (as required by ELCAS)
8. Post your CAN to us as authority to proceed
9. Focus will confirm your booking and send course joining instruction
